Rsawr's 5 Strain Disaster

Greetings, fellow humans of which we are one. Happy Monday!
2 weeks of flower just about done. Everyone is still looking nice and happy.
Big tent: the two bangers are nice, short and squat and starting to slow down upwards motion. I turned on the supplemental light at half power since Bubba's Sis is still reaching for the lights. Still well over a foot of space before I'll have to supercrop.



Little tent:
I love them. No trouble. I am still really happy with my new tent and light. TSL-2000 brings the heat. But not too much! My tent stays happy in the upper 70s or lower 80s with it on full power.


No change to feed strength yet. About to hit 2 waterings a day. I'll give it one more week before I start. My back!

The ladies are still happily chugging along. One Peyote Forum is starting to get that telltale yellow fade at the bottom. Might be time to bump up from 500 to 600 ppm, see if that's enough. Last grow I had already bumped them up to 700, but one plant was overfed. Gonna go the reactive route this time.

Big tent:
Bubba's Sis is slowing down her stretch. She is just inside the recommended max height for the p2500. Gonna ride it out unless she starts to sizzle. I may not have to snap any stems this round!




Little tent: Happy little ladies doing their thing! They seem to be at cruising height now, and are beginning to build better buds. :]

For sure, I have gone over 12 weeks on several thus far! Not a big deal to me. Aside from this grow, they're not rushed, since it's all personal, no timetables for me to meet!

Good morning, lovelies. Hope your ramp up to Christmas is being smooth and full of treats.

I think this is the end of week 4.
Big tent:
Bubba's Sis! I am trying to figure out her issue. It is maybe a bit too much light. Upon looking at the hang angles, she is truly getting all of the viparspectra p2500, plus some of the hot zone from their Xs2000. The other 2 are sharing the xs2000 and only in the splash zone for the edges of the p2500s spread. I turned the light down 15 percent. It could also be slightly too high feed. I am going to watch a day or two on lowering the light, then if her tops get curlier I'll decrease her feed strength. She isn't tip burning...

Little tent: Nothing to say. They love their set up. They got hungry, last week. I bumped up this tents food, and they are happy again. Yellowing at the bottom stopped. #Marshydro continues to bring the exact right amount of heat.


Have a nog and a bowl. It is the only way.

Any fave Sativas, what should I try?

one of my personal favs is SSH (super silver haze), currently i've been getting a Mexican Sativa, basically it's the local of what people call brick weed down in these parts coming across the border, i get the feeling they are pulling it early, cause i've grown them and they're completely different from what you get from them comparing to what i've grown. You can also looking into a columbian gold, or an aucopolco (sp) gold is actually good. Did have a friend of mine bring me back some Jamacian Sativa, that was nice real pungent and with alot of Rosin made for a good smoke....just gotta be careful they love to grow tall

Bubba's Sis is still curly, but not really worse. I think turning the light down a bit helped. Bruce Bangers are very spear shaped tops.



Little tent:
No change, aside from getting bigger. Looking good in there. It smells sort of sweet and cloying in there. Starting to get a whiff when the tent opens.

Big tent: Bubba's Sis looks like she wanted more Potassium, so I pumped up her feed a bit. Not much has changed otherwise.

Little tent: I am loving these, but the one on the left is much slower than the other. It may not get time to finish properly, too bad, she looks like she would fill out nicely!

I am going to be chopping pretty soon regardless of how done these are. Next grow I should be back to waiting for doneness.

Starting to drink less, receding pistils on both Bruce Bangers. Even bubba is starting to swell.


Little tent:
Sooo bummed about the peyote forum on the left. She isn't gonna be finished in time. Few more days left, but she needs a month. Damn...

All 5 ladies are down. Here they are as of yesterday, before chopping. The peyote forum on the left in the small tent was probably 2 more weeks from finishing at least. Booo.

Got temps low, humidity VERY low. Should get a nice very fast dry.
I'll be back with a weigh in, and some new babies very soon. Got a little rest between next cycle.
