I originally got them, because the paint kept rubbing off the syringes.

use those, plus lots of 15ml plastic tubes with caps and these below for -- not what I call stocks (for the week, month) -- but general stocks to pull from.

Question: Will an EC/TDS meter help you when, for example, you have 2 identical phenos next to each other and one sucks ass because it probably wasn't fed enough PPM/got thirsty but didn't show deficiency or serious sagging?

If the runoff is higher than the nutrient solution then your plant is being overfed. If it's excessively lower then the plant is being underfed. It's probably the earliest warning of an issue. Is that what you mean?

Yes an EC meter will help you adjust feeds for clones.

If higher/lower refers to ec levels, I think I get that. Anything for consistency. Thanks.

You can have enough syringes the 1ml is especially useful for foliar or preparing small amounts of anything.

And for measuring what's being used and how much run off.

I got this stuff in a gift basket and even tho the stuff inside was wack. The bottle has went to great use this last year lol. Anything that require 1ml or less. I fell back on this little guy.

What about the wick to measure the sap EC inside the plant after you flushed your plants? Where's that?

To moniter trends.


A tds meter only measure cations... not all the elements will measure because some are not cations and will not be measured...

Tds meter is only measuring trends based on previous known data and measurements

A lot of growers think a tds meter is telling them a lot...it's not really. It's measuring data that trends over time, keepimg records chronically so when you make changes it will show the trend based on previous data, which you should be recording but not as a guide. Imho
