Last batch of short ribs. These are based on Alan Wong's recipe (linked below), with a dilled roasted beet salad and balsamic glaze

I feel like birria today. I'm going to get the birria quesataco (not my pic).
Last night I made rib fingers in the pressure cooker. I used the left over sauce from the Soy Braised short ribs I made. It worked! I was stunned LOL
I had to run to Bevmo and they had single cans so I bought one to try with my birria quesataco. The birria place had salsa de chile árbol en aceite!!!! It was some of the best I've had and it's so simple to make. I'm going to make more. I also brought this home for dinner:

I do something to that effect.. Stuff the jalapeño with cream cheese and shrimp , then wrap with bacon.Hmmm...
