dumbest law ever, get a DUI..slap on the wrist, but no...have a joint...prison ...how times have changed, for the better.

actually now DUI is straight jail time now, and with the 3 strike rule, 3rd strike auto 15yrs, and each time the money goes up, 1 strike easy 10g's + loose of license.....

2 years ago I was contacted by a friend here (Alaska). EMERGENCY! A friend of hers (traveling and from here) had gotten arrested along with her husband. Sierra Blanca checkpoint. They had brownies with them and Texas it's a felony. Because brownies use concentrate so the brownies are also concentrates.

Called a friend in Texas who had gotten busted for "commercial growing" and asked for some lawyers names. He gave me one.

This guy managed to get her sprung when her husband said lay it all on him. So that was lucky. Then he managed to get the felony charge reduced to a misdemeanor. The guy still got some time and a fine but in less than a month after it began they were flying back to Alaska. Poorer but wiser.

From Michigan and fighting my first dui. 4500 in with attorney so far. Already got papers that they suspended my license for now till I resolve the matter. The 4500 was just getting started

Well, some good news, he's gonna grow it out and we get to smoke some shit in the old school ways. The story is (in case anyone asks) ... He's a breeder, lol...
