I upgrade stuff that I need upgrading. I always have a new desktop and laptop. The HID works out great in the unheated garage during the winter. Cheap off-peak power as well. It's like $10 a month to light up a 4 x 4 with a 600 watt.

I wasn't driving around in it when it was new. It was a 1966 and I got it in the mid 80's. Sure sucked down the gas though. 8-10 miles to the gallon. Engine was a 463, 464, or something. It would spin the rear tires when you floored it.
