Defoliation question

So just a quick question to make sure I’m not doing too much on the same day.
Transferred plants a week ago, today is water day and I was planning to defoliate some. Is this too much too soon?
Flipping to 12/12 in about a week and wanted to defoliate today and then some on the day I flip.

I defoliate on days 1 and 21 of flower - strip off all the fan leaves in one day. I've never had any trouble with hermieing or stunted growth.

Day one & Day 20-21 strip every fan leaf with a long tail.

Your ladies will be praying to the sky the day after stripping them naked. Just make sure you feed strong the last watering before you strip and then dial it back for a week then crank it back up. Remember, once the plant loses all that foliage it isn't going to need as much nutrients for a week or so.
