I take a similar sized pot/cup whatever, fill coco to desired height in pot with cup sitting on it. Place plant into pot, fill the rest of the way just to the top of the soil from the transplant all around the plant, water in with your favorite nutrients and keep it rolling.

If you water the coco before you transplant you're gunna have a bad day.
Thanks man, when I water should I just water to run off like I have been doing. Around 20-30% run off.

A day or two between each pic, how are they looking? Should I defoliate? I turned the light up to 75% and I've been getting yellowing on some of the tops, i'm assuming it's light stress, light is the attis pro 300w, I's stopped now since going down to 50% but just raied the light and gone backup to 75% to see how they go...
