Hello, my Seedling Plant Root is broke after i try to remove it from the Plug Tray is this realy bad?

One of the seeds I recently germinated went all the way through the paper towel. Unfortunately, the tip ripped off when I transplanted it. It thrived and grew other roots, but that seedling died from something else later on.
