Night vision IR lights

I'm always looking for new ways to wreck my crop and I may have found one.

I deployed a camera into the tent that has night vision with IR lights. Will the IR lights being on during the lights-off period hurt the plants?

My question is why would you want to watch your plants at night, what's really to see?

I have Wyze cameras, because it's Wyze to have cameras. Plus they're really cheap Vs Lorex.
Keep in mind, you get what you pay for. My lorex cams are still going strong after 6 years being outside. Temps ranging from -10°f in winter to 90°f+ in summer.

I ordered the Lorex system and at the last minute didn't accept delivery in favor of the 1st Wyze V2 from Big Orange. I have one Wyze V2 and two Wyze V3. The V2 was $39.99. The V3s came in a holiday two-pack. Under $100.00 for the three w/memory cards. I run Bluestacks and apps on a PC.
The V3s have color nightvision and complete portability. I can take a V3, plug it into a USB power bank and it'll go for a couple weeks out in the field on continuous record. Drop by every so often to swap the setup with another.

I don't want to sound like an asshole but I think I noticed where two cop SUVs park during shift. If I see them there again I might setup a camera/power bank in a nearby tree and post my findings to YouTube.
