Yellow leave on plant need advice

what is happening to my plant it has gotten better but the leave is still yellow. It’s seems to still be growing i feed it water mixed with calmag and iron and seem to do good but one leave is still transparent and the tip yellow

Did you give it the full feed what it said on the bottle. ? If you did look out. Things gona get much worse before they get any better (if they do at all)
Once a leaf burns or yellows and crisps etc it will never come back. That leaf is toast.

I didn’t know and yes this is fox farm i only use two table spoons not alot at all and yes i read the instructions and thank you i will only use distilled water

Why distilled? What's you tap water like?

Ya stop using that calmag pronto. That fox farms is hot. It means there's alot of nutrition already in the soil. You shouldn't plant seedlings in hot soil, nevermind feeding them things they don't need on top of it so just cut that out and why worry about distilled water? Is your tap water really high ppms? Do you have an accurate tds meter? Just water man with reg ol tap water. In a few weeks you'll notice the growth slow a bit (usually around 3-4 weeks) then you can begin feeding low ppm IF needed. I don't grow in fox farms too many issues with it.

Ok got you and i have other ones growing as well and I’ve been using this same method and they are growing perfect and I’m going to stop thank you for advice

Where it comes from and batch to batch. They have multiple mixing facilities and they source compost and other materials from the various regions the facilities are in so there can be variation from bag to bag.

For instance this is a facility in California. If you buy FF on the East Coast it's not coming from here. It's coming from their South Carolina facility.

My only bug issues were a ff grow. I will not use it again.
Never had those issues indoors with promix, or god forbid mg soil.

Check the ppm of the water. Do you notice any Ca buildup around your faucets or anything?

The pH isn't as important as the tds.

If you can drink it and it tastes good I'd give plain tap water a try. But get a cheap ppm tester on Amazon for a few bucks if you can't find a water report.

Of course a BlueLab or Apera would be better, but he'd probably get an idea even with a $5 one.

I had a water test here so I've never needed to use a tds or ppm pen. Whatever you call them. But I bought a cheap one for the he'll of it. Maybe it's EC. Like I said I don't use one. My water report said around 140 or somet. I'd have to pull it out again to double check.

If he's using city water it shouldn't be hard to get the tds on the Internet. If he's got a well he's gonna need to test it.

I should see what the cheap meter I have says for fun.

It's funny cause I wouldn't grow without one. I use it everyday. We use diff methods though, I get that

A crappy PPM meter will give you an idea. Then you'll drop it into some water and it will die.
