Does she look hungry

Hi people do you think she looks hungry I've been feeding her half of the recommended dose of remo nutrients I've noticed she has been becoming a lot more light green I might be overreacting but I guess it's best to prevent problems before problems occur whilst not trying to give her what I think she needs more just trying to understand what she's telling me I'm new to this guy's

It looks fine to me. A lot of the time the plant will get a starburst effect (light to dark fade from the center to the outside) on the leaves when they are vigorously growing.
