An Old Irish Blessing:
"May love and laughter light your days,
and warm your heart and home.
May good and faithful friends be yours,
wherever you may roam.
May peace and plenty bless your world
with joy that long endures.
May all life's passing seasons
bring the best to you and yours!"
Happy St. Patrick's Day everyone.....

No Guinness. That's a cut up brisket corning in brine. I make my own corned beef. That was done awhile ago then vacuum packed and tossed in the freezer waiting to be cooked on St Patties Day.Beautiful!
Is that Guinness I see.
It is isn't it.

I used to drink those years ago before the local microbrews took over. The beer cases had tons of imports at one time. Now there is just a few. I'm going to have to revisit some of the imports I used to drink if I can find them. But I'm such an IPA guy that everytime I stray I find myself disappointed. Fortunately there's no shortage of good local IPA's here.I like Spaten Optimator and also Paulaner Salvator
