First off Relax
If your watering often and pots remain heavy, stop watering.
You posted 2 other threads about this. First it was lights, then nitrogen and now watering.
I'm starting to get a feeling that you haven't taken anyone's advise to date. A stressed or whatever plant isn't going to rebound in 1 or 2 days with a 180 improvement. It gradually took this long to exhibit symptoms, the remediation will be gradual as well.
Patience grasshopper

I just got worried since a lot of people pointed out problems I didnt know I had
And I posted another thread since I kept getting mixed opinions that contradicted each other on different threads and still didnt know wether I should water more or less

and thanks for the advice ill give them time to rest and watering till run off when the soils completely dry

thanks a lot

Trust me dude, I know all to well the eager feeling of a new grow. I was once new and very impatient so I'm nobody to throw stones. I've been growing for 20 yrs now and the best thing you can do when your plants have issues is tackle one at a time and think back on what you did prior. I find that keeping a notebook with daily entries helps. Even if you didn't do anything on a particular day except peek in the tent or adjust a light a couple inches, make a record of it.
Always reference your notebook and trouble shoot any present issues.

All good man. Obviously if you have a question or shit goes more south with your plants, post it up. Help will come quickly.

A couple weeks before I transplant, I water the soil until slight runoff and see how much it takes.
In my case its 1 1/2 qt. This gives you a base line for how much. I start at every 4 days then increase frequency as the plant grows. I'm in late flower, still use 1 1/2 qt. but now it's every other day. Hope this helps!

Excellent tip. I've been growing for 20yrs and I've never thought of that! Just goes to show how invaluable a community is.
