@Mr. Green Pants

This one works for my wet dreams.

I'll set the scene for my fantasy.

I am exploring a tropical paradise. I'm following a path through lush foliage.
I smell the scent of incense lightly on the breeze.
I see an opening. In this open space is carved stone of ancient origin. I marvel at the craftsmanship and wonder who made these stone works.
I sense there is someone near and I turn.

This Goddess takes me by the hand and leads me to the water where she feeds me dates and grapes and bathes me.

The hours melt away and we walk along the beach under the full moon.
She and I make love and what was sand seems like floating on clouds.

------------------------------

I wake to a chill breeze. It is late. She has gone.

I follow a path by the light of distant torches.
I arrive back to the water but these people I do not know and they have never seen me before.
I ask where my Goddess has gone and no one knows of what Woman I speak of but they ask me to leave and I do.
I follow the path back and by the light of the moon. I see that stone works again and smell the faint scent of incense. I follow it into the lush growth.
It fades and I am alone. I wonder to myself if she was spirit or real.

I promise myself to come again to that ancient stone and maybe just maybe....

Now that is the end of the story :)

That one works for me. How about you?

Oh Cancun Cruz is bringing up Slavery. The 1619 project and critical race theory.
Remember Trump just called for people to lay down their lives to stop critical race theory or any educating people about systemic racism.

What an Odd Duck he is!

I have heard if someone killed Ted Cruz and the trial was held in the Senate there would be no conviction.

I'm a little biased against Ted Cruz you might think.

Yeah!

We were totally ripped off by ACB to replace RBG; KBJ will do her justice and she's only 51.

Can't wait for Thomas to flatline so we can even this shit up.

Thank You Sen. Coons for debriefing Justice Jackson on the issues Ted Cruz attacked her with.

Her answers are clear and direct and firm!

There's drinking..then there's drinking- I could see him with a personal flask to keep things straight and the jitters away during battle.

Look at Churchill.
Exactly. Churchill’s capacity to function made me think of this.

But-!

I heard or read that his consumption met or exceeded two fifths of liquor, which would be about thirty standard drinks a day. That would be heroic consumption.

I poked around and found a historian’s writeup (he drank from rising til bed) that detailed his daily regimen. It added up to sixteen drinks or so.

Here is a historian claiming an intake of ten drinks daily. That was not excessive, and if he rose to the level gradually, he would probably be feeling a bit of a buzz all day and no more. I think this commentator lowballed a bit, but considering the History Channel told me different (which makes me yearn for the day when documentaries on TV were fairly reliable)
his general thesis looks good, which means that’s the second leader who drank of whom I thought I knew, but was believing error.
