Justice Jackson is saying she is a hybrid of the two and she is speaking in the spirit of an independent justice.

Hawley is making the case that an 18 year old man who just graduated high school was given 3 months in Federal Prison rather than 20 years.

I get it. The dumb ass had a porno collection with under age kids as well as older teens,
It was pictures I take it and it ruined his life.

Jackson expressed sadness that this had ruined not only his life but also caused hurt to his family.

You know stupid is as stupid does. At Eighteen and a sex offender for life three months in Federal Prison might have been the right move to straighten out that Man.
If I was that eighteen year old I think my whole world would be crushed so I would think it is punishment enough for downloading porn and not having offended any child to see what could happen to him if he repeats his mistake.

Hawley would want him put to death I believe.

Chairman Durbin is now cleaning up the vile spew of Sen Hawley.
