Who makes the best grow tent

I have 2 cheapo Amazon tents, a 3x3 that was like 80 bucks, a 5x5 that was like 110, these have no light leaks at all and are good. I dunno the name brand of them but they have plenty of ducts, vents, access points. Great tents and not name brand. I just got a new 4x8 "quictent" brand today. Never heard of it, haven't set it up yet, but I can guarantee it's gonna be as good as any other tent.

The best tent is gorilla tent. The reason is that they are sturdy as hell. Besides having stronger structure, there's really not a difference between the cheap ones. Obviously don't get the cheapest one you can find. Get a tent that has all of the ducting vents (and more) than you need. Get the tent that cost more than the cheapest one online. Make sure the frame is metal. If you do this, the tent will be fine and work exactly how it should. This is just my opinion, but I've had MANY grow tents though I prefer not growing in tents, a tent makes things clean, contained and operating. I do not think gorilla tents should cost as much as they do so I will not buy another. Yes, they are the best. And yes, a cheaper tent will do the exact same thing and last just as long.

Right on trips! Too many growers spend excessive amounts of money trying to do their best, when in reality the best herb doesn't necessarily grow in the garden of the fattest wallet holder. Every grow tent I've owned has light leaks though. Pinholes and such. No herms so far.

I complained to the seller that I got my budbox from.........it had 1tiny hole and I wasn't convinced that the zips were marrying up properly.....sent me anouther one and let me give the old one back at the same time.....not alot of companies will let you do that.......my new tent was as it should've been in the first place.......excellent...

My 10x4 Vivosun sucks! Leaks light, zipper blows, waiting to replace it. My 4x4 Mars Hydro is much better quality. No light leaks, zipper is heavy duty with extra flap for light protection. Only CON - no velcro on 'open straps' and it gets suck in zipper, I'll likely cut it off.

These are made for portable AC unit might fool some. :roll:

A tent has to be able to keep light out and that's about it. Most people set a tent up in a location and leave it there. All it has to do is keep your plants in an environment that allows you to control the light hours. Even the cheap ones do that. Being able to do pullups on the frame contributes absolutely nothing to the plants.

Now I see the error in my grow program...it's too strongly based on the 'pull up' component. Next grow I'll minimize.

No but a high quality tent with sufficient strength to hang heavy equipment sometimes is also a must.

Not to mention cheaper tents often have issues with the zippers over time allowing small light leaks.
