How often do you run your pumps

Curious as to what cycles people are running their pumps at in various hydroponic setups especially aero, nft, and ebb and flow. I run my aeroponic setup 24/7 just interested in what works best for others. Thanks

i run mine 4x lights on 1x lights off, 15 mins per feeding, drip/ebb n flo

While under 12/12 lighting, I am flooding for 15 minutes every 2 hours from one hour after lights on until one hour prior to lights out. While in strong veg, I was flooding 15 minutes every 3 hours 24/7.

flood and drain system: 20ltr res.
seedlings during 18/6 veg, 1 flood 15 mins after lights on, 1 flood 15 mins before lights out, 10 minute cycle.
2-4 weeks, 18/6 veg 1x10mins cycle every four hours, 4 cycles total.
4 weeks+, 12/12 flowering 1x10mins cycle every 2 hrs, 6 cycles total.
I NEVER feed while lights off, do you eat while asleep? Didn't thinks so!
Used this regime for over 10 years and find it works brilliantly well. GLuck

i feed once at lights off to make sure the roots dont dry out too much because i use straight hydroton. if you are using rockwool or coco i would not recommend it

This is my second grow and it really never occurred to me that I don't need to water at night. I just was worried about roots drying out and burning out my pump which happened with the cheapie I started with. I have not yet had any negative effects from the constant flow and the roots seem healthy but maybe it has hurt my yield.
