Ready for flip to flower?

Hi all just another couple of questions.

Are these ready to be flipped to flower? Or should they be left in veg for another couple of weeks?

They're clones and have been in the veg period for around 6 weeks, they have all been lst'd and have remained quite small as I had pictured.

I don't know the actual strain as they were gifted from a friend and he had gotten the seeds from another smoker so could be anything, i'm thinking about the stretch period now. I want them to remain quite compact and short if I can.

The canopy is around the same height 10-12 inch. Should I pop a net on and weave the flowers through it as they stretch? Or should I let them grow up over now creating longer buds?

This is my first ever attempt at a grow so any help/guidance welcomed thanks

Sorry about the poor quality pics but just had to move them all out of grow area to take them as no lighting in there except the grow light.

Thanks for the info mate I knew they would stretch,unsure of the size as unknown strain so was going to do it in next few days just incase they do go a bit high.

Your leaves look nice and healthy, I'd also flip now. I have some about the same size I'm going to flip from tomorrow.

I'm gonna say flip when needed. I have no idea what kind of light you are using or what size space you have for your grow. If you have filled out 50% of your grow space, I would say flip. If you haven't, maybe let it go longer.

Sorry forgot to mention the light it's just a 600w hps and it's not quite at 50% yet. I've read a sativa dominant strain can double in height so will just go with the flip in a couple of days and see how it goes,thanks for all your help everyone.

Here is a pure power plant that is mostly sativa. The day I flipped it, and yesterday at day 48 from flip. Maybe this will give you an idea.

Yeah I've looked at a few indica's and sativas figured now is probably best,just incase they go to high. Also got a whole load of bamboo sticks just incase.

HIDs shouldn't be dimmed...it messes with the spectrum. Keep that bit 100 cuhh

The hps isn't dimmed he meant the 50% capacity of the space I have and that's what I was replying to. I should have maybe better worded it.
