Wow ... that's a nice menu. Man ... all look like keepers. Here's a thought on which one.

The others are familiar names but the Arjun's looks like it's a pretty new strain. There might not be a lot of info out on it yet. So toss that one back for now and keep an eye out while the other four flourish to see if more info on the strain becomes available.

genetics seem solid and the reviews are all 5/5 so i’m really kinda on the fence. thanks for your input anyone grown arjan’s ultra haze guys?

Tangie ain’t worth that price. Orange terps aren’t hard to come across
yeah but its supposed to be a heavy sativa which i like also i feel there is a lack of orange terps in my genetic stock in general. can get feminized for cheaper but regs would be cool i can make my own seeds at my first run which seems nice.

or should i go with malawi and do some crossing myself with all that haze and sativa doms i’m planning to order? :)
I wouldn't drop the Purple Haze / Malawi. If anything I'd drop something else and add an indica to use for some crosses. That's just me though and there are so many paths to take and none of them are better than the others.

definitely i’m just curious to see what you guys think. as far as indicas go i have northern lights at hand with some dinachem crosses involving heavy indicas such as peyote cookies and purple afghan kush i made a couple of years ago. so i’m kinda happy with my indica range at this point but yeah purple haze malawi sounds sexy :D

maybe i should drop arjans ultra haze then? i dont know i’m really indecisive lol

I would skip any indica in a haze run
Plan on 12 weeks minimum after flip
While I love hazes waiting 16 -22 weeks scared me off for commercial viability
Great for personal, I always chuckle when someone says I have airy buds then they forget their name till three hours later  :joint:

I don't know much about the Arjans Haze other than what I've read online. It sounds interesting with Cambodian and Laotian genetics. That region produces some good cannabis. Much of the Thai from decades ago actually came from the surrounding region and not just Thailand. But by the time it got to the United States and other countries it was all called Thai.

Maybe just keep everything on your list and get an indica landrace like Mazar I Sharif from The Real Seed Company.

I've mixed them. The indica's always finish first. But sometimes not by much.

You don't grow hazes if your growing commercially unless you already have an outlet willing to pay more for a treat like that for their connoisseur clients. There are a few dispensaries around here that carry long flowering sativas but they are at the top of the price range. And none of them have come close to what a dedicated grower can achieve at home in a tent if they know what they're doing.

If you want to smoke the good stuff you have to grow it yourself and so many are unable to keep them alive long enough to harvest them while they're still in prime condition.

It's really too bad because so many have never experienced this type of cannabis and have known only hybrids.

All the legendary strains from years gone by all started out with basic crosses maybe 2-3 generations at most. I've found that doing the same thing today leads to some really unique and different cannabis unlike most of the poly hybrids out there today. Maybe the THC content isn't as high but the properties of the product, taste, smell, all unique, profound, and different from much of today's casserole strains.

Some think weed today is better than it was 40 years ago. I'm not one of them. It's more potent that's for sure. Other than that I don't see any real improvements and for many, higher THC levels were not an improvement.

Gotta grow what you want for the reasons you want.

Don't overfeed and put that bottle of CalMag down. :bigjoint:

:weed:

:peace:

hahah i love hazes and pure sativas and indicas are for chucking purposes later down the line

with these i’m thinking of doing sog runs in my 2 2x2s a strain in each straight 12/12 and i’ll also keep the best looking male in there alive and pollinate the hell out those first runs. and compost any seeds from sub-par females maybe, or i can pulverize them and mix it with smoothies etc. more seeds are always welcome here and i’m sure i can find a use for them :)

i already got a 16 week cannalope haze and yeah its so hard to wait and doesnt make much sense commercially i can do 2 hybrids in the time this takes but the yield is also satisfactory with these longer flowering sativas in my experience. i cant say double the yield of most hybrids but at least 1,5 times the yield is what i’m getting and the veg period is shorter so i dont really see to much loss in my opinion and the end result is worth it without a doubt. sativas are, and i’m sorry this may offend some but, superior to indicas in every aspect in my taste.

i actually do want to keep everything but really cant add another one my man missing the point of the thread here haha

yeah that genetics seems solid on that one i really want to try it out actually, sounds like it could be some juicy herb.

maybe i should order it as it is because the more i look into this i just want to order more and more :D

I think you losers are missing my point ;):lol:
there was a thread here where people were reminiscent about the times before legalization and were romanticising being an outlaw. well they can all move over here and become the public enemy number 1 again if they like :)

not that i don’t want to add another one to the list. hell i’d add malawi, congolese, chocolope, ethiopianxmalawi, mazar and many more. i think i could afford that but i can’t afford getting caught even as a personal grower so less is more in this case lol

For me chocolope was disappointing
It should be called cantaloupe
