Proper lighting?

I have a Spider Farmer SE5000 in a 3x3 tent.

Light is hanging at about 16" above the tops of the plants

I just turned the light up a bit this morning as based on what I was reading, 120,000 LUX was probably a little low for vegetative stage (early)

It's now reading 2200 FC (Lumens) and 24,000 LUX

High? Low? Just Right?

I get differing opinions on this when I read articles. One says I want 40,000 LUX and the other says 27,000 is the MAX I should go in this stage.

They look good I’d just monitor it and see how the plants react to it. If they like it keep going if they don’t turn it down or raise it up.

I'd have plants that size at 15-20k and max out around 30k during veg, then in 12/12 you're good to go up to 55k ish but it depends on your personal conditions.
