Funky looking leaves right after sprouting.

So I planted 2 seeds and 1 plant is looking nice and healthy but the 2nd plants leaves are kinda twisted and curled. Is this going to be a long term issue if so I'd rather start a new seed. Or will it grow out in time with good nutes? Any advice will help thank you.
Also I'm using same water and doing everything the same as the other plant which is healthy so I don't think it's a feeding or watering issue

Dont know your lights but raise it. When I get purple stems it’s because my light is essentially tanning them. I’m guessing it’s led light. Wait for maybe a better answer but even if I’m wrong till you get your answer or conclusion of it, it won’t hurt.
Nobody knows your whole setup so it will be hard for the correct person to answer you. If you give them details the right people will help you. Other words they are making a half ass educated guess like I am. I dont know your medium but from size of plants I know they can’t be ready for nutes yet. That dark green says she has enough already imo…GL

What LED lights are you using? Are they for growing or are they shop lights for a workshop? I see some shadow lines in the pics that look like they come from a magnetic ballast. " I think magnetic ballast is the correct term"

Lol wtf. Op is prob running a mh. MH and hps can show shadow lines in pics. Has nothing to do with magnetic ballasts.

I ran some testers recently, and they did the same thing. Crinkled leaves, just like this, I even messaged the breeder and was like "yo bro, wuts this?" Turned out to be nothing, and if I had to guess I think i was feeding them too high a pH, but that's still just a guess.

LED light pics can show shadow lines too, if you "snap a quick pic" but if you steady you camera for a short bit, it won't do that.
