Hanging or Fireing Squad?

Hanging TFG might end up with 200 pounds of hanging meat and 75 pounds of shit in his pants.

I feel like life in jail is worse than death. Someone has to kill that person 2. I don't like the idea of everyone shooting someone, you gotta be fucked up in the head to wanna be on the firing squad.

I think we need to find a way to take the human element out of the death penalty. No one should have to throw a lever or push a button, pull a trigger.

Maybe starvation or dehydration lol

You would have someone in charge who is ultimately responsible for that death, no matter how its carried out. Would rather just shoot them or whatever than draw it out and torture them by dehydration/starvation, seems more humane.

We should just shoot them out of cannons. Go out to the desert and shoot them at a big rock. If they make it, they are free to go.

They r set to be killed because they are inhumane. I don't think you deserve to b pampered if your slated for death. Take 3 days with no water and it's over, don't even gotta watch, just leave the door locked.

Or the cannon idea works 2!

I'm sure at this point we could easily have AI do the lever pulling. Just have to have someone lead them to the kill room.

In both cases though, someone still winds up with blood on their hands. The person that invents the murder robot/ai made something that is just for killing. Setting a timer to throw the switch, rather than just doing it, wouldn't absolve you of whatever moral quagmire. Same with leading the person to a room to be left to die, you still are acting as their executioner.

Cannons are just better all around. No muss no fuss, you can sell concessions to offset the cost.

*I do think just killing the person quickly is more humane than something long and drawn out, be it the starvation/dehydration room or even just someone being locked in solitary forever.
