Yellowing leaves, yeah likely N deficient but...

Outdoor, in Ocean Forest. Transplanted from 2 gallon container to 7 a week ago. I have 3 but this is the one with the yellowing issue.

Haven't watered in a week, but did feed Grow Big at that time and PH'ed the mixture. Have issues with overwatering, even in the 2 gallon pots bottom super wet and heavy and top 2/3rds dry as a bone. These larger pots are heavy, feels like pretty damp in the bottom but top 1/2 or more bone dry, so I am waiting for the droop to start before watering again. I did foliar feed last night, overall plants look perkier, but the one with the yellow leaves is now getting brown spots. Is this just the leave dying or something else?

It looks hungry but being it was just transplanted into fresh OF it shouldn’t be. Also no need to ph your water in soil maybe you have caused a lockout from PH’ing the water. I’m not real good with soil my self so hopefully the more experienced come along soon and point you in the right direction. It also may just be some transplant shock but I normally don’t see any shock when I transplant so if it is that I’ve never seen it personally

First time grower here, using autoflower and I'm 6 weeks into the grow. Transplanted mine yesterday into 4 gallon pots and one plant has a few leaves that are yellowing/drying out and two have developed brown spots on its on lower leaves. Should have all the nutes they need, been giving them 11-3-8 for the last week or so every couple of days. Any ideas?
