I'm not impressed with the way this GG#4 grows so may drop it from the lineup but will sample the buds first and do have a small plant from a cutting for backup in case it's killer smoke.
Try eating something with fats in it an hour before taking an edible. This ties up your liver working on something so the THC can circulate and do it's thang. A cheese or peanut butter sammi would do the trick. I can tell when my nightly dose of RSO kicks in. My mouth gets super dry as do my eyes and I already have that dry eye syndrome so it sux.
I've made lots of BHO but now just QWISO and will be doing fresh bud extractions using naphtha. You could smoke the oil from these but it would taste nasty as it's made for eating so has all the cannabinoids and other plant goodies to make the best meds. I use stills to purify and reclaim my solvents and collect the oil.
I tried the advice you gave here on eating fatty foods before hand last night and the onset was real strong from crispy treat and brownie at 100mg. The onset was actually more interesting than the RSO I tried to start taking again periodically.
Euphoric and was happy like a puppy for 30 mins straight, right after I ate it. Sadly that is all I can feel though, Maybe with home grown/home made soon, I can just continuously eat it until I am stupid high with only spending 10$ for the brownie batter and a half Oz that should of costed next to nothing for an expirienced grower.
Kicks in 1-2 hrs and when that came, I was already back to normal. That tip must have a lot of truth to it because I only feel onset and for some regular 100mg edibles, that was worth buying and using.
I want to make a bunch of brownies with high THC with home grown and just pig out with like 700mg lol. I have pushed the limits to get nothing everytime, or it just makes me tired and sleep early(not because I am blowed though).
I swore I tried eating prior many times but maybe something about that tactic being applied to the edible as well and not just a concentrated dose works better perhaps, which is what I may of lacked doing those times.
I did hear chocolates and baked goods are best. Maybe it takes that, with a bigger load of baked goods and chocolates as back in those days I was using gummies or only eating 50 to 100mg of the bigger volume products like brownies etc- since eating 5 of those packs often is a big waste of money.
