Welcome, in regards to your early struggles, I too am learning the led lighting thing with an hlg 350r, and my suggestion is to download the photone app, and use it to set your lights close to this. My observation is that you don’t need anywhere near full power until late into flowering. That may be part of your issues.

Welcome, lots to learn here.
im strictly trying to learn from a gavita pro 1700e user... as that light seems to be a little more difficult to understand the learning curve than others are i think. spectrum maybe... strength.. idk.. but literally zero advice has worked so far.. so i figured id read the logs and see whats different... shzz is killin it with that gavita... most my issues were beginner issues... letting ph get out of wack... overwatering... trying to mix salts myself etc... but yes i have 6 dying... from a previous feed im not using now... and 6 ready to go ... seedlings in solos waiting to graduate into bigger tent

i have a ppfd meter by trolmaster... and co2 temps inline fan control by ac infinity... all automated pretty much... light strength too high is a bit of a myth isnt it? look at sshz orangegasm thread... 100 percent power at 36 inches away from seedling with the gavita pro 1700e in a 4x4 space...identical space as im in

i also thought at late flowering maybe go down a tad to preserve the trichomes at the very end etc... otherwise uvb by solacure to increase them... as well as possibly some extra cbd if done right

Use all the light you can get. Even if you have to raise it so it's not to intense, the parts of the plant that don't get direct light will appreciate it and pay you off for the favor. Each plant can easily take 225 watts of dedicated power off a modern led
