Meaning the average population was unarmed and at the mercy of criminals with guns, what this ruling has changed. The vast majority of crime is done by 3% of the Black population, responsible for 70% of all violent crime. This generally in blue cities where it is illegal to carry a firearm for your own defense. This is over now. I hope to see many news stories of dead criminals being scraped off of streets and sidewalks.
