If they strike down federal gun regulation, they will eliminate regulations on machineguns and artillery pieces too, the feds can regulate calibers and functions. The 2nd says arms, not guns and was for military purposes, back in the founders day arms meant rockets, cannon and grenades too, not just guns. Ya can't fight invading Russians without at least an RPG a rocket propelled grenade, arms. So will these morons get rid of federal regulation and America can have a free for all and get seriously armed to the teeth?

Name the safest countries in world and how many guns per population. Next have a look at the % of prisoners. If your really bored look at school shootings and are they relevant to the above?

If a person is a peaceful gun owner and has a weapon to DEFEND themself / family against violent people, would the government be guilty of "using gun violence" if it used guns to back its demands/edicts/unconstituional laws that the peaceful person be disarmed?

Since you like statistics...Statistically, government has killed more people using gun/.weapons than free agent non government affiliated criminals have.

Why would you want an entity which has used weapons the most heinously throughout history be the entity in charge of who can have a weapon?

Gun regulations are infringements, therefore unconstitutional and are legally speaking invalid.

Persons abide by them, because they are caught in a form of mental enslavement and a form of actual enslavement, ironically the actual enslavement of people is backed up by government guns. People know they will be killed if they disobey laws, even the ones which are violative of the supposed supreme laws of the USA.

Also, you can't enforce an unconstitutional law using the threat of guns to back it up and be innocent of "gun violence".

Brainwashed, enslaved and unarmed. That's the future of a disarmed populace.
