Defoliate??

So I was just wondering if I should start a defoliation on this lil lady?? It's my second grow, and last time I took off too much...
Any pointers on where to start with this?

You should wait at least a week. Defoliating now would destroy the plant. Another option you can do to promote side growth on your plant is. Instead of topping the plant, take one top fan leaf of. Best of luck

I only speak for me and my experiences and when I defoliate it don't seem to stunt or even slow the plant down. I'd get rid of stuff covering sites and thin for air flow at least. Or do nothing lol

Every leaf is exposed, nothing to expose by removing leafs. You've done great don't go fucking it up

Wait and see what shoots really struggle for light then pluck only what's needed. I try 2 stay under 7-10 leafs a day to not slow growth with stress

At this point I don't see any need to do it, most of your leaves are using the light to fuel growth

Thanks for the insight, I greatly appreciate it. Yeah last time I fucked it up by taking too much off, I didn't really know what I was doing. I done a lot more research though, so I know a little more this time.

Yea the middle will catch up to the sides in a week and you'll divide your tops again all the way around the main 4 branches. Be in great shape

Leave it alone. There’s nothing to defoliate. Learn from the last attempt.

I just did it a week ago with my own plant. Beautiful thingy is, Cutting one top fan leaf off does the same as you top the main stem off. Yet it saves you the main cola extra weed. Have not seen anybody talk about it. Little discovery of my own i guess.

Made the pictures now. Hope this clears up. I put a thin red circle where i cut the top fan leaf off. Saving the main stem. And promotes extension growth.

Why do i need to have a control plant to compare? I do have another plant that is not cut like that or topped. So which one do you want me to compare, a topped one compared to my top fan leaf cut or a plant that is not cut yet? I don't have a topped plant right now i have a older one that is allot bigger that is topped 2 months ago .
