Perfect day for the sun oven! I've been getting tired of salads and other things you make when it's just too damn hot to be cooking in the kitchen. Really been craving something savory, one of my favorites is leek and mushroom chicken braised in herbed broth and sherry. Anyone who hasn't cooked with sherry before I would highly recommend trying it. It has a caramel like flavor that accompanies richly flavored dishes like this better than a white wine in my opinion.

A friend of mine used to sell these. Not sure how to get one anymore. They used to put on a solar cook off every year, live music and all. Can you imagine a few hundred hippies stoned drunk and naked cooking with their sun ovens? Good times.

Nothing wrong with paper plates lol fucking best thing ever for kids
I have an entire kit in a tote for when we have company over. Disposable paper and plastic plates. Those cheap plastic disposable bowls, plastic silverware and dixie cups. Makes cleanup a breeze as everything goes in the recycle bin. No dishes to wash or a mess in the sink.
