Recommended age before cloning

Hey guys just wonder if there is and what age after sprouting a seed is recommended before taking clones from it?
Brought some seeds and there expensive things too buy so I would rather just sprout a seed or 2 and clone it rather than planting all 8 seeds I brought

a month from seed ish. But anytime after its got good lateral growths.

Best to plant all 8 seeds. Grow them all , take 3 clones of each and label them. Then you can pick the best pheno and clone off the desired clone.

I top my plants at like 2 and a half weeks and then often clone the cutting. I think theres effectively no limit. If you can cut enough off while leaving enought of the mother plant to grow from then it'll ve fine.

Fem or regular seeds? Hopefully not auto seeds lmao. You can clone at any point but I like to clone the smallest least likely to succeed growth first. Anytime I trim things up I take clones.

Fem photoperiod seeds. Starting to think I should have got regular seeds tho as I've read alot of breeders don't do fem seeds as they are alot more prone to going hermi or throwing bananas
