Under or over feeding could be the problem set on. What is your prediction on feeding? over or under perhaps?

At first I thought it was under feeding, I use amended soil so I don’t use the nutes for like the first 2weeks after a transplant. For fear of over feeding. The transition from veg to flower is the hardest part for me

Curious if it's mainly the upper growth showing symptoms?
When symptoms started to show, did they appear on the tops first?
Looks to me like calcium maybe locked out or deficient.

Maybe magnesium too. They often go hand in hand. (if one is deficient the other likely is too)
There's general interveinal yellowing indicating it might be.

But chances are it's a lockout if you're feeding regularly and at a moderate e.c.

But having said, I do use tap water and need to supplement calmag myself. Otherwise I do quickly start to see symptoms.
I've never needed it using soil or good potting mix. But hydroponics has been the exception for me.

Fish shit & fox farm big bloom. I usually try not to overdo nutes because I burned up like 10 plants my first go at it.
Search says there's a lot of NPK differences in fish fertilizers. It seems like you're experimenting. I haven't used Fox Farms nutes personally, but I understand Big Bloom is supposed to be a supplemental fertilizer typically used with Grow Big or Tiger Bloom.

I'm not a fan of fish emulsion when I've used it on outdoor plants decades ago results were unimpressive. Different folks manage to grow healthy plants with a surprising variety of products, so my personal bias doesn't mean your fish product won't work. However, it might be useful to try something else, at least temporarily until she looks better.
