AFAIK it's all that is filed so far. The policy changes in the filed complaint are documented and easily researched and verifiable, even if you're just skimming. The reason Defendant is USDA is because that's who administers the SNAP program that subsidises school lunch programs.

From what I read so far of you, when you're not emoting 75% of the time you're quite well researched. That's why I find it hard to believe that you couldn't find the premise which was that USDA has amended policy based on Executive Order and threatens to withhold school lunch funding for schools that don't let boys beat girls out in school sports that are federally funded, to which the hanimmal replied: false. EO and policies are documented in the complaint and stand alone without it. We could just as easily have the sourced discussion without the lawsuit.
