Possibly that high humidity wont give you mold unless it stays at certain temp and humidity level for a long time.

I don't know where you got that but it is definitely not anything I would go by. Says at 75° and 65% humidity there is no risk of mold. That's incorrect.

That info doesn't look quite right, but yeah, lower humidity definitely keeps mold away.

Those #s are completely arbitrary. I did see another study recently looking at PM in some crop and they found that PM reproduced the best at 70 Deg and 40% RH.
