Another question about Dry Sift

Is Dry Sift smokeable or volcanoable , without having to do a static tech at the end?
I plan on using whole buds,
Static Tech seems time consuming, when you already have a very potent product?

Is it required? Or for those that just want a ultra refined product? or is it more for use on the kief that doesnt fall through to the finer screens?

Layer it. Flower, dry sift, flower. No need for all that tech unless you’re trying to make some super refined product and like to tinker with stuff lol.

Dry sieve is most often used without static tech. It just isn't full melt with the stems still mixed in.

The only thing im debating right now is dry sift vs bubble hash

thanks

i just have one final question

it seems like people are doing a lot of their collecting of kief on top of the final screen
is that because the hoels are just too small for anything to fall thru?

Just make sure that you live somewhere that you can dry bubble hash properly or invest in building a space to. I have a very hard time here unless it's the middle of winter and we get a really strong front to dry us out for a while.

well i just learned what static tech is, pretty cool lol thanks for giving me something to google.

Are you into dabbing? i press my dry sift in bags and get some absolutely awesome rosin assuming the sift/plant material is somewhat fresh.

Can I ask why? I was hesitant for a long time - but became a believer after purchasing a Puffco Peak Pro.

i only use volcano vaporizer
id use a vape pen if thats all i had but
most interested in dry sift
as it goes very well in the volcano
even better than bubble hash usually .

i had a problem with my lungs like 15 years ago and bought a vapir air and then sold it and bought a volcano and never looked back.

i still am having lung/sinus problems so volcano is the best .

if i had a puffco peak maybe i'd try other concentrates it if its similar to volcano.

flowers are the best and have the most complete high too, in my opinion

The final screen is to let the small trash through and retains the trichomes. Here is a link with a chart showing what size screen does what:

Sorry to come late in the game, but your comment about dry sift v. bubble caught my eye. I like to add dry sift (if it's good quality) to dried bubble hash to add back some of the taste and fragrance. The flavor of old-school hashish and the efficiency of making bubble hash is the best of both worlds, for my efforts. I've dabbed and 'get it', but like you prefer not; it's just personal choices and I'm glad we have them.
