Trimming while in flower

since it will reveg with the current daylight hours, why not just bring it in daily/nightly for the couple extra hours of darkness you need? if it's not well ventilated indoors, you could still stick it back outside for the remaining dark hours.

So sitting outside it had 14.5 hrs of sunlight(9.5 hrs darkness). I put it back in darkness tonight at 8pm. I will get it out tomorrow at 7am giving it 11 hours of darkness tonight. And tomorrow night it will be back in darkness at 7pm giving it a Lil transition. Thoughts on this thought process?

Flowering typically requires at least 12 hrs of uninterrupted darkness. It’ll vary though depending on strain, sometimes starting around 10.5-11 hrs or so.

Transition isn’t needed. Stick to a schedule.

People are super cool on this forum about when to chop. Just keep it healthy and post pics when you think it’s ready. Maybe check out some of the Canada threads for the cold? MN get chilllllly in October. GL

Good idea on the canada tip, and it sucks having to bounce her off schedule, but it's what my schedule allows. She will be 6-6 starting tomorrow pics to come...

It’s definitely alright to do this, the results will be in your favour if you trim using moderation in the first few weeks of flower. Your plants will grow more vigorously if you leave as much foliage as possible. Plants can be susceptible to nute burn if you defoliate too much. What I’m trying to say, tread lightly and be kind, only trim what’s necessary
