Out door 2022 open show an tell

first grow in well over 20+ years.
a bit more out of necessity than pleasure, hence the wife agreeing.
her mom won her battle with cancer, but the chemo fried her brain quite badly and she is now suffering from early onset alzheimers and dementia. western medicine has failed and actually made her worse. wife has pulled her off the pills and is feeding her special foods, vitamins and herbs. she is doing better and a bit more stable now. we see she responds well to CBD oils for her anxiety, and research shows high THC strains to actually help remove plaques building up in the brain that exacerbate the neural inactivity/brain cell death. studies also show various strains assist with other symptoms like appetite, mood, depression, energy levels, insomnia and many others. the vast majority of the strains i'm growing are on the alz/dem "list" of potentially helpful THC/CBD/Terpine combinations that show promising results for a variety of symptoms that alz/dem manifest in the patients. hopefully one of these strains i've got going is the right fit for my mother in law. (*fingers crossed*) We shall see.

everything was grown organic. soil, fertilizers, amendments, water, food safe buckets, etc. had to be to grow the medicine.
sun grown, in small buckets (2gal and 4gal - gotta keep things small... i have nosey neighbors), outdoors in north texas. it has been a long hot and dry summer. we have not had rain (until today... right after i took all the plants down off the scaffolding, lined them up and went inside to get the camera. when i came back outside to take the photos... of course. it starts raining) in months. temps consistently over 100F daily. got up to 115 one day. vicious.

only lost one plant this grow (animal stomped it) all those that survived the harsh summer and vicious texas sun are starting to flower... with one exception (C&C1). still showing no sign. yet. the CBD hybrid. hoping to see some sign in the next week or so. i need the CBD for abuela's edibles...

never grown autoflowers before. wasn't sure what to expect, so went apesh*t with the LST early on with my generation 1 autos. i completely f*cked those up. total bummer. some reading and a few youtube videos later, my Gen2 autos correct MANY mistakes and they show it. my gen1 autos are pathetic and small... but they are still producing colas. i would have taken better photos of their buds close up, but like i said earlier, it started raining unexpectedly and really hard. i couldn't operate the camera any more. rain just soaked it.
