Thrip damage doesn’t just appear like that. You would have seen damage weeks ago and it slowly got worse. If they looked good two weeks ago then it’s something you fed them with.

It's really hard to see on my phone but like BenGman said, if you have very fine webbing on the buds and leaves, which it looks like, you have a really, really bad spider mite issue. As bad as it is and with it being in flower I hate to say I'd cull the plant and get it out of there quickly. Then you have to kill the mites and eggs in the tent and on the equipment you've been using before you put more plants back in there or they'll be right back. In veg if you catch them early it's not bad to deal with but in flower with it being that advanced it's just not worth trying to fight in my opinion. Just check under the leaves with a 40x magnifying glass or microscope and you'll see them. Let us know what you find.

I can see the webbing on nearly every leaf. Especially bad to the left of that cola. I'm sorry, but cutting it is about the only option at this point. If you have any other plants I'd be very concerned. If had one girl get them but I didn't notice a fast as you did, I could actually see the fuckers in the web. Black plastic bag over the entire plant before you move her. I'd recommend tossing that plant, the media she's in, and if you're like me, the bag she's in too, although the bag can be easily sterilized. I just grow in cheap bags. U used a 91% isopropyl alcohol to spray wipe and sterilize my entire tent, praying special attention to any exposed fabric(seams and zippers). Give it three days and hit it with a bleach solution and a long as you were thorough you should be good to roll again once the bleach has dissipated.

I was thinking that…the feed. I’ve pulled back on nutrients this week and hav only watered. Besides the leaves the plant looks healthy. Any other recommendations for care?

You got a fucking army of thrips if they did that amount of damage lmao,it ain't thrips...... if thats webbing over that bud cola, then definitely more like spider mites and a real bad infestation, not a very clear pic tho.
I cleared and treated the spider mite issue but I was thinking that I may hav fed it too much of the nutrients…what do u think about that?

What, and in what concentration did you give her for nutrients?
And how did you treat for spider mites?
Also, what are you growing in?
