Fix the unfixalble

if, and I’m saying if, I had to harvest too early (with opaque trichomes but few or no amber trichomes, is there a posthumous possibility to mature the buds a little, to tend towards indica and less sativa?

As said a few minutes ago, no. If it worked like that, everyone would be doing it. Well at least people who grow for quick turnarounds.

Trichomes don’t determine maturity and a mature plant is ripe. Can’t fast forward any of this shit.

If you’re forced to harvest early, I’m sorry to hear that. My advice would be to keep her living as long as possible before cutting her down.

It’s a purple punch auto, 10 weeks of flowering then I HAD to chop it.. I stay far away from 10 days, after chopping. I put buds in jar, with boveda. After that I start to burp.. but is “soft”

Trichomes alone shouldn't be your only determining factor as to the time to harvest; there are other things to consider involved.

It should be noted too that trichomes don't mature after the plant is chopped, but they will change color as they degrade and this is normal. Also, don't be fooled by false amber coloration in the heads. Using even a 30X magnifier or loupe, you can see what might appear to be a lot of amber looking heads on some sugar leaves, but not necessarily on other parts. These are typically clear heads and the light from adjacent orange/brown pistils will make them appear amber. Remove a small section or a leaf and view it separately against a white background and you'll see clear heads and not amber. Just something else to consider if you are focused on the trichome coloration.

Yeah, yeah, I know, patience is a bitch. Have fun!

So, for now. I have this, and there’s no possibility to improve it?

Once the plant stops growing, it's done producing. If it is chopped too early, there's no fixing or 'going back'. Dry & cure properly and give it a try.

Once you “ pull “ it …, you KILL IT.
Plant begins to decay and dry out.
Immature triches and new growth … DECAY.

All plant functions start to die off.

That is why i and others say do not follow ANY breeder “ estimates “ or other grows.
Your plants will get done - when they get done.

No week counting - No comparison grows . Your skill / environment for grow will dictate results. No boveda or tricks will accelerate ripness if plant dying from being chopped.

Better luck next time.

Yes, basically when I smoke it, it's not physical, it doesn't make me drowsy, and when I go to bed I have trouble to fall asleep. she doesn't nail me to the couch ... while the other times, yeah ...
Yea, sorry. It doesn't work that way. If somehow the potency does improve, it won't be much.

The other issue i read , was the sole reliance on a Boveda pack to do all the work .

You used the pack for something its not intended for. Boveda is a push / pull moisture pack - designed to STORE and MAINTAIN an already ph stable product for Long Term Storage, meaning any buds or tobacco ALREADY jarred to a stable Rh ( without pack ). Once the buds were properly dried and stays RH stable in jar alone with only a hygrometer , you just monitor it in a sealed state within jar.

Boveda / Integra packs are for “ long term “ storage AFTER product is properly dried. If you consume your harvests within a month lets say , then regular burping and monitoring are just fine. But if you want to store , say 3-4 months down the road those packs are used.

Bad taste and staleness were from buds trapped with boveda and not truly rh stable / dry. No air exchange as chlorophyll is being broken down.

My problem was not as

my problem is not bad taste or staleness.. the product is perfect.. only is to light, or maybe to sativa.. my genetic was purple punch auto, that is an hybrid more indica then sativa

I have no lens.. I’m waiting it for today, for next time.. but I repeat, I HAD to chop…

Well I think you knew the answer by the title of the thread, fix the unfixable. I agree with @Budzbuddha, the buds need to be properly dried first before jarring, they will just mold if you jar them now. The boveda packs won’t help at this stage.
