Wedding cake issue

Gents,

A friend of mine has a wedding cake clone he got. Also growing durban poison. All the same soil mix and fert program. All outdoors. Durbans are killing it yet this wedding cake lags in bud development?

You and ur friend may not be going crazy...

This is a WC in a group outdoors that was waaaay late in flowering. next to all those other strains it was the last to set. Craziest thing i ever seen, probably just a one off the genes do have in there. Mine isnt a clone but it comes from that line

Ok how has your local weather been this year? We have had a long hot dry summer with zero rain and humidity. 85-95 degrees. From my past experience with wedding cake it did its best when i had a cooler summer. Liked the humidity as well.

Yeah hot and dry...but it's gonna make nice bud, i just dont understand why it was sooo late in flower set.
