Seeds vs Clones

Hi Guys,

Seeds vs Clones

Is there any benefit to growing from seed indoors?
Or should I fork out a little to save myself 2 weeks?

I'd go with seeds, but take some time and research good genetics. I'd stay away from clones as a new grower, better to work on your basic growing skills with seeds, plus you'll start with clean plants. Here is a good germination guide without any broscience nonsense https://www.mandalaseeds.com/Guides/Germination-Guide. Actually, one deal I like for new growers to get good practice genetics cheap is to get a 50 pack from Fleur Du Mal for $50. That will give you plenty of seeds to practice with and you'll still end up with quality. Good luck to you!

If you grow from seeds you can stop and start your grow as you please. Just start more seed as you need. If you start from clone you'll either have to keep buying clones or start keeping mothers and make your own clones for future grows. You'll have access to a larger variety of different strains starting from seed. With clones you have the possibility of bringing pests and disease into your grow area.

If you have found a desired pheno then go with clones, if not start with seed.
