His this seedling dying

This seedling I have sprouted about three days ago and it looks very small I'm wondering should I give up on it

it looks like the op sprinkled cinnamon on top, possible fungus gnat issue or being proactive or trying to give the roots a little something extra

What kind of lighting is on it ?

If a mild light to start germination- then bring it closer like a few inches away. Also , that large pot does not need a full watering just a little around seedling. That way you do not drown ( damp off ) the emerging growth .

Can I put it under my 600 watt led light or should I just leave them under the cfl lights I have

There's no gnats and I thought the cinnamon would help with dampening off

Is that actual wattage if so keep it 2.5 feet away or so and see how it responds

It will give the roots a boost and prevent fungus gnats from being able to move in, but still don't over water

Yes, put it under the cfl light they're great for seedlings/clones/early veg and difficult to get it wrong.
