Maybe there was. You said that trump was doing forced hysterectomies on brown people. Not you're trying to tie a few incidents into a non-existent policy coming from the White House to cut the guts out of immigrant women being held in detention.
I have no doubt that some very despicable things went on at that facility but I doubt trump even knew the facility existed much less order mass hysterectomies.
Don't go down the path of those on the right and spread falsehoods just because you don't like the man. There is plenty of legitimate material out there. No need to stretch the truth and mirror the other side as many of you refer to each other as.

Others say "five" or "several". The whistleblower estimates 20. Neither the whistleblower or Project South, an “organization for social justice work in the U.S. South” use the term mass hysterectomies. Project South alleges "jarring medical neglect". So, that "mass" bit is overwrought and was added to the narrative later. Something very unsettling went down. 57 women testified that a gynecologist performed procedures on them without their permission or pressured them into those procedures. This happened while they were held in at an ICE contractor's detention facility. At the very least, informed medical consent was not clearly obtained by the gynecologist at the center of this controversy.

An investigation is ongoing. There is a long history of medical malpractice on women in detention that was first dismissed and later found to be true. So, I'm not going to go so far as to say this requires extraordinary evidence before I conclude that some women were harmed by the people who were supposed to protect them. Two women claim to have been subjected to a hysterectomy against their will. Until I see evidence to contradict them, I'll believe that it happened. I also believe the system did not meet standards of care that we expect from a government detention center.
I'm ashamed to be white and wish I could rip my skin off.

I agree. Not with the last sentence but with the sentiment expressed in your first paragraph. One is too many. There were many more than one. I do lay the responsibility for what happened to those women at the at the feet of that reckless man and his followers. You are also right about the brutal and vicious treatment of people that Trump's MAGA fascists visited upon others for no good reason other than they were powerless.
Contempt for weakness and glorification of strength is another hallmark of fascism and Trump's MAGA are rife with that kind of toxic masculinity. Just saying. MAGA fascism took a hit this week but it's not gone and your bringing up the mass hysterectomy headline only highlights why we need to keep them out of power.
That mass hysterectomy headline, btw was added to the story after it got out into the media sphere. I suspect that the "mass" bit was added by propagandists to discredit the story. It was a powerful appeal to emotion and caught a lot of people. You weren't wrong bringing it up. We are pretty sensitive to disinformation ATM and I think people piled onto you rather than figure out what the real story was.
As you say, even one woman who is maimed by a reckless act of government is too many. And more than one were harmed.

I'm not a fan of his but Michael Moore got it right a second time when nobody listened to him.
First, he predicted trump would win when almost every Democrat was running around grinning from ear to ear believing 100% that Hillary Clinton would beat him. They were wrong.
Second, he said there would be no red wave while most Democrats were running around in a state of despair preparing for the worst. He was right.
He beat all the celebrity pundits running their mouths on cable news that were preaching doom and gloom for months.
