I think that's just a gap between leaves where you can see the white background.
OP, the buds have oils and resin on them so they might look "wet" even when they're dry. Have your tried smoking some? If you can successfully burn a joint of it, it's probably okay to jar up.

that's the white behind the bud, if you look carefully you are actually looking through an airy spot on the nug seeing the white background/table/whatever

Kind of hard to tell from a picture, mold looks very similar.

Can’t judge its dryness from a picture but I can guess that you’re a bit impatient by how early it looks so you should probably give it some more time. Somebody should’ve told you that before harvesting tbh, that bud looks like it could’ve gone another month+. Ain’t knocking ya, most new growers harvest to early you’ll get the hang of it though just takes patience and practice you really can’t rush shit in a garden.
