i plan to go 12/12 starting the 25th at what point should i take them?

I'm with hotrod if you want to clone her this are perfect to root out. If you don't want the clones I'd still trim them out. Those would just be larf/ sucker branches. They won't add much to the yield, in fact I'd say they take away from it.

As far as when? Do it now, do it later, your choice. I would advise sooner rather than later so she has time to recover before flipping her. I'd say by the 15th if you're trying to follow a schedule
