Also true. Overwatering is probably the single biggest issue with noobs. Lessons learned hard are learned best. Now i dont water till the leaves droop and the container lightens up.
It's the biggest reason I started with, and stick with, coco growing. Even 2+ yrs later I'm like "fuck it, I'll ride this motorcycle with the training wheels on"

Coco + bottled nutes is what I prefer for an indoor grow. It's "clean", it's "accurate" and the overall quality of my results is beyond satisfactory for myself.

Perfect example of,"use what works for you" we each get used to a way thats comfortable and if it works dont fix it. I like organic growing , its what im used to.

you got organics.bacteria in the soil eats it shits out something that plant eats and it works.
and then you have cemical what plant really eats is in the water its chalated(no idea what that is, something to bond shit to water) soo every time she wants to drink water she brings in all the nutes.

whats better?well most of the people say weed tastes better organic...some testing showed organic can take a lot more PPMs than cemical.

but i will never move away from my MasterBlend 3 powders and your plant has everything it will ever need in its life.

This is definitely true. My first decent led grow all i used was ffof, mykos, calmag( twice) and molasses. With 5gal. of FFOF you can put some autos halfway through flower with nothing but water. If you mix in things like mychorrizae, epsom salts, dolemite lime, guano and worm castings you sometimes never have to add anything but water.
Soil volume, and plant size, play a large role for that. A monster plant in 5 gal. of soil ain't gonna cut it, without some help, like bottled nutes.
