Twisty Leaf seedlings, normal?

Well last time I overwatered so this time I'm going easy. Is twisting a sign of not enough h2o?
What, last grow or last time you watered this one?

I'm not saying that the plants themselves need the water. I'm saying that hot fresh FFOF is strong and might have a little extra something too available in parts of the mix, or the whole mix. Watering the whole pot would help equalize it a bit. And if you're trying to keep the microbes happy you won't let it dry out.

pH, Ca toxicity, or Ca/Mg ratio being off and having too much Ca is my guess. But I'm no expert, :bigjoint:

Do you have a seedling mat?
At this stage they love the warmth in the root zone and higher humidity.
Faster dry backs and faster root development.
Ah man I got a 400w heater in there with a inkbird controller they are warm! 76-80f all day long! Humidity is only 40's due to heater, but I'm going to put a humidifier in tent soon. Right now just have one running in lung room.

@PadawanWarrior Last run i overwatered, this run i refuse to lol. Cool homie I will do a full soak in morning. It's 50/50 FFOF & Happy Frog. I learned from last run not to go full FFOF for seedlings.

Yea @LeastExpectedGrower suggested it. Its a Newair 400w slim oil filled heater. $59 on amazon  I just keep it on half-power, the Inkbrd itc-308 does the rest. I've since taped over the power switch light & caution "hot" light with gorilla tape. pretty dope heater

The leaves are twisted because pH is too high and plants are not able to use calcium. This is horticulture 101 and I'm shocked so many here don't know this. Seriously folks, let's stop spreading misinformation and get educated.

@Modern Selections Im not spreading misinformation.. i read more then most people and its not from other weed websites.. quality soil mixes you dont need to be adjusted your water unless the soil is old/bad or poorly reamended.. it might be necessay if you are growing 6 months in a soil.. if you need to adjust ph then something is up with the soil not allowing it to buffer correctly (poorly made or reamended)
If you dont agree thats fine.. im not going to call you stupid or an idiot.. thats things little kids do..

It's totally cool to agree to disagree my friend. Happy Holidays!

My post was directed towards Padawan. Always giving advice when he doesn't know what he's talking about and I see these poor folks listen to him. I don't want to see people waste time and money and lose their plants because he thinks twisted leaves are TOO MUCH Ca smh.

Grow any way you like, I'm just all about growing the very best and helping like minded folks.
