from the way those tops look on the one plant id have to agree with buck on this one..
You think it's Fe? From what I've seen it usually starts more inside the leaf more. I agree he should be adding some minerals since he's using distilled though. That just makes me think lockout or jacked up pH looking at those. But like I said I'm no master at diagnosing deficiencies. I'd just like to know what it actually is that's causing that.

Also same….. guess I’m going to try and feed some kelp to try to add more minerals since I’m using distilled.

Yea true will be switching water next watering. Shall I leave the tap water out for 24 hours as I read some places ? Or just go for it

Depends on if you have chlorine or other shit like it in your water.. alittle (tiny bit)chlorine wont harm the plant.. its best to let it evaporate out though.

Just going to fill gallon jugs with tap water and leave the top open for 24 hours then have it ready to be used I think is the best option using town water

This mix of organics and salts isn't my style. Sounds like good organic soil. Then he's using salts for nutrients. And now he's gonna add organic kelp for his microbes. And I still don't know what he means by 3.9 pH. It's an interesting thread though. :bigjoint:

Im not sure whats going on.. lol..
I mean ive used synthetic nutes in soil quite abit. But i wasnt growing with true living organics ever really.. this year was my first true orgainc grow(outdoors)and i got some organic salts?/powder? from npk industries call RAW and it was great stuff.. i was impressed by it..
If you are in peat/coco soil mixes you can give either, exspecally later in the grow when the nutes start dropping that are in the soil mix..

I'd master one growing medium before trying another, just two cents from a soil grower still very far from being a master grower.
Yep. Looks like he spent good money on super soil and then decided to feed salts. Now he's gonna add more kelp thinking that will solve his problems. I hope I'm wrong but I doubt kelp is gonna do anything. We'll see.

Looks like this is the soil. He would have been better off with FFOF with his method if you ask me. https://coastofmaine.com/product/stonington/

No see that’s the problem is I want to fix my problem, looking for the correct answer anywhere I can find it. If there is a group decision on what I should be doing vs not doing that’s what I would like to do. This is my first grow ever. Just trying to do my best is all.

That's who Harvey the grow guy works for you know who I mean? He has web classes and quite a few grow videos out on the web. Listened to a interview with him this week. Seems to know loads of great stuff and managed not to come across like a chemist talking to other chemists. Actually want to spend more time listening to his stuff.

I’m sure you wouldn’t want a bunch of toxic bs lighting your thread up
The reported thing was just a joke. But it would've been more helpful to just add to one of your original threads. And not everyone agrees. Even in the flushing threads, :bigjoint:
