She was. I told her I quit the very next day she said that word. Sassy my ass! She was a fat disgusting obnoxious fuck that refused to give me the IVs I needed . I mean really? I have 13 patients to do by myself out in a trailer with no help and you’re not going to supply me with the IVs that I am an expert using?

They run you so short and then add unnecessary hurdles. It is crazy making and they seem to forget patients are the priority. But of course they do, they left the bedside to avoid that inconvenient truth. Then they wonder where burn out comes from.......

My secret to making dogs love car rides. I take them to In n Out. Seriously, I'm not kidding. I take these dogs weekly to In n Out for a patty. So, one time it ends in the regular vet or the dentist vet, but the other 9 times out of 10 it's burgers. They run to the car faster than I do. They forget the bad destinations fast.

Three teaspoons in a tablespoon, 2 tablespoons in an ounce. 2 ounces is 12 teaspoons, 500mg divided by 12…41mg a teaspoon. Half a teaspoon, 20ish mg depending on the accuracy of her ‘half teaspoon’
