Looks like you are topping them? I did a trial run with topping my last grow, topped 3 and "bent" three (I guess that's LST?). The results kind of disappointed me. I've topped for years, almost every auto I've ever grown I've topped. In that run, the average final weight of the three that were bent was almost 50% more than the average weight of the three I topped! That was disappointing not just because I've been topping for so long, but because topping is less time consuming and creates a plant structure that is easier to maintain.
No science here, mine were six different strains, so it's possible it was just a coincidence. Also it was my first attempt at "schwazzing", so it's possible that the heavy defoliation combined with topping had an impact that topping alone might not have. If I could make a career of running large scale grow experiments in true scientific form, I'd be a happy man.
