Mold on the outside of my fabric pot

I did something stupid, and without researching, decided to grow a plant in one of those 'breathable' 20l fabric pots.

Now I see a big problem and that is there is white mold growing on the outside of this thing. The plant is in the early stages....about 2 weeks.

I'm not sure what to do about this. I bought a dehumidifier and it's sucking a LOT of moisture out of the air, I don't think that's gonna stop the mold. I was thinking about putting it INSIDE the tent...I just don't know.

My question now is what the heck should I do? Should I burn the fabric pot and the plant together and start over or what?

As always, I appreciate the communities constructive help in this matter. photo_2023-02-24_00-01-03.jpgphoto_2023-02-24_00-12-15.jpgphoto_2023-02-24_00-14-05.jpg

I get alage on the fabrics - I spray with a diluted bleach/water combo ,and as stated above I wash the bags in the washing machine after run , I also upgrade the bags every 5 grow as they start to break down on the stitching(were I found most alage )

It salt buildup from your nutes.
Yeah, I'm not so sure about it. The reason is because its BIOBIZZ All Mix soil + a little California Red Worm Biogumus mixed in. I have used this soil combination with excellent results before. But, I also used a plastic grow container last time. It's still possible for this to be salts? It sure don't look like salts to me...looks like mold.

My last run all the pots were completely white and green instead of black, a few mm’s thick. Mycelium can grow out of it though if using mycorhizae, but coco shouldn’t have that.

OK, this is a brand new bag so it wasn't used before. Can you tell me what your bleach to water ratio is?

what ever ratio you feel comfortable spraying -I personally use a 40/60 bleach-water mix, - should also wash bags before use, never trust a retailer or supplier to have clean products

Well, the plant is starting to look really good. It's got a beautiful green color. So I would hate for mold to destroy it. It's sleep time for this Black Jack, so tomorrow I will give the water bleach thing a shot. By the way, I do see some algea growing on the very bottom of the pot. Thank you all for your kind help. This is the best community....ever.

Don't use bleach on living plants.Maybe a little dilute peroxide until your run is over.GL
